With the sound of children laughing and giggling, feet hitting the floor as they ran around trying not to get tagged by the person who was 'it'. Kaci was the only 'adult' there but looked more like a child then anything else, she was laughing and smiling just having as much fun as she could with this small group of children. She was just outside of one of the Outcast villages, she was playing this game of tag with the children for a good half hour before they all had to go home. Standing there she waved to them with a smile on her face, sad that they had to go but happy that they all had a place in this world. When they were out of sight she sighed softly, her ears started to lower on her head as she was alone again. She was always alone, in fact she was starting to get use to this feeling. Another sigh passed her lips before she finally made a move and started to walk around aimlessly, having no place to go had its ups and downs. She was free to walk where she pleased and do as she wanted but then again it was something she didn't want to do alone after all this time.
It was about a good twenty minutes or so before she reached the area close to the wall that kept those who were 'unfit' to live among everyone else. Looking around she wondered how things were on the other side of the wall, she quickly lowered her ears flat on her head along with her tail just wrapping around her to look like a belt. Her arms soon crossed as if she was cold, finding a 'nice' spot sit down or maybe even lay down was a little hard for her as she was picky. Giving up she knelt down lightly brushing away anything that could harm her, she curled up just laying there wondering what she would be doing next.

-Sel doing his normal things running through the sewers and out to the outskirts escaping from the city he always came to visit the people of the outskirts with either news a way into the city or just good food and water today he had food and water with him as he jumped the clearing and climbed up to the outskirts and started running around the wall to where he new many mutants just stopped at and as he arrived having his tail and ears out not having to hide them here and the mutants seeing sel came running up to him as he opened the big duffle bag and started handing out the food and water sparingly so everyone could have some-

Kaci laid there soon a small yawn passed her lips, lifting her hand slightly she started to rub her eyes. "I wonder how long I been up.." She said to herself, soon her ears perked up hearing everyone movements. Lifting her head slightly she looked over to where the sounds were coming from, her tail soon unwrapped from her waist, soon sitting up. "Well it seems that someone is nice enough to help people outside of the wall." She didn't move from her spot as she just watched everyone with her yellow eyes, her hand soon covered her mouth as she yawned once again.

-Sel continued to pass out the food just having alittle bit left for the last person here who hadnt come running over to him in a hurry as he then stood up walking over to the cute girl with cat ears and tail and knelt down next to her he was wearing faded clothes that told her he spent most of his money on others rather than himself as he handed her the bread and cheese with a bottle of water- "here take it i havent seen you around here before my names Sel" -he said smiling at her his ears and tail twitching-

Kaci tilted her head slightly as he started to walk over to her, her ear twitched now and again. She took the food and water from him just placing it on her lap, she opened the water taking a small sip before pouring some onto her hands to clean them. "I'm Kaci, and I haven't been this close to the wall since I became a outcast." She lifted the bread up to her lips, taking a small bite. "Thank you for this by the way, maybe I can finally get some sleep after eating something that doesn't upset my stomach." Her eyes would shift over to him before looking back at the bread.

-Sel smiled at kaci she was cute and it was great to see someone new it gave him a chance to talk to someone he didnt already know as he sat down beside her- "its quitealright i do my best to try and help out my fellow mutants outside the city walls definently when i get to meet new people it gives me something to do"

Kaci's ear twitched again, listening to him she figured that he was someone who was rarely busy. "You make it sound like you have nothing to do, if you're not meeting someone new. One would think there is more to do on the other side of the wall.." She spoke softly, her tail lightly swaying across the ground as she started to get full of the bread and cheese but there was still a good amount of it left. She grabbed both offering it to him. "Would you like the rest? I would hate for it to go to waste."

-sel smiled at her taking the bread and cheese and nibbling on it kinda hungry from his run- "well to be honest its hard for me to get around on the inside of the city im stuck in the slums and so i just help out my brother with his work not that i dont have fun in there but i like meeting new people and getting to know them and i hate violence its just to cruel so i do my best to stop it though i dont think im doing a great job if i could go to the business section of the city im sure there is plenty to do"

Kaci sat there for a moment longer until she laid down, her knees were close to her chest as she curled up just to keep warm and feel a bit more safe. "I see, well I could see why it would be hard to move around since you are a mutant." She laid there like she did before he came but this time she was really falling asleep but now with someone near her she was forcing herself to stay awake, the tip of her tail flicked slightly. "I'm not sure if I would want to go back there, on the other side of the wall."

-Sel looked down at the girl and smiled she looked really tired and so cute he just wanted to pet her but kept to himself still nibbling on the bread and cheese- "really you dont want to go back inside the city why not you can always find better food there maybe a job if you can get a fake id showing that your a neo-human"

"Why deal with people who are judgmental? I mean really, with the way I was throw out..." She paused shaking her head lightly before curling up some more. "Never mind about my past, and I have no real reason to be on that side of the wall. So I just wonder about out here playing with the children, oh you should see their faces when they smile and feel like normal people." She soon giggled as she started to cheer up almost forgetting about what they were talking about.

-Sel smiled at kaci and not bringing up the topic on the city again at leat he wasnt for awhile- "so you like playing wit the children thats cute i use to play with them alot when i lived here until bandits burnt down my home with my parents still inside i found them still alive but just barely and i went and took my revenge after they died and now i cant stand the sight of violence or blood" -he reached over and petted her head his tail flicking about happily as he finished eating the bread and cheese-

Kaci lowered her ears slightly as he would reach over petting her. "Well yes, what person wouldn't want to play? And I'm sorry to hear that Sel.." She zoned out again if only for a moment, sitting up slightly she looked over to him but then seen his tail moving about. Her eyes seemed to be glued to his tail and the movement, without thinking twice she tried to catch it. Her hand lightly hitting the ground with each time she missed.

-sel laughed and watched her trying to cath his tail making her miss on purpose whenever his tail was grabbed he would go weak and blush alot it was awkward- "so do you like my tail Kaci you seem to be having fun" -he was happy seeing her like this she acted so much like a little kitten-

Kaci looked to him and smiled softly, she nodded some as she was having fun. "I do like your tail." She said as her tail was doing the same as his, she was relaxed and when she started to get this way she became more playful. "If you would like me to stop?"
