Kaci had walked off from the group feeling a little left out upon things, she was the only non-fighter. Unable to protect herself but even if she couldnt do much she was still happy that she wasnt alone, now having two others besides Sel around her was something she was starting to enjoy.

-sel saw Kaci walking away and ran after her and slowed down his pace and walking beside her- "kaci you ok or is all this too overwhelming comming back to the city i mean" -his tail flicked about while his ears twitch rotating on his head listening to everything that was real and what wasnt-

"Its becoming a little to much for me Sel, maybe I should just go back outside the wall. This brings back so many different memories I dont know how to act." Kaci sighed softly as she lowered her head and even her hands now that her ears were laying flat on her head.

-sel couldnt help himself as he grabbed her arm and pulled him to him and gave her a hug to try and comfort her petting her head- "im sorry i was really hopping you would stay and get to know everyone if you really want to i can take you back outside"

Kaci smiled as she felt his embrace, she looked up to him still smiling. "Say can we go somewhere, I would like to have certain things able to show, its hard to keep them hidden." She asked talking about her ears and tail.

"well we can always go to my room in the asylum building its the only place thats safe until you get an id" -sel said as he took her hand in his and started leading her towards the nothingness asylum-

Kaci followed him, holding onto his hand this time so she would wonder off on her own. With the way she walked with him it was made to seem as if they were already dating, she thought if others were to see them like this then they wouldnt mess with her so much.

-sel did his best to make people happy and he semed to be doing a great job with Kaci so he thaught as he led her toward the asylum building and nodded at the guards as he led Kaci up to his room and unlocked it and opened the door letting go of her hand and motioned for her to go first there was a king size bed in his room and his own bathroom he figured she might want to wash up- "you can take a shower if you want to get cleaned up i promise not to walk in on you i swear"

As soon as she was in the room her ears perked up and her tail showed. "Thats so much better." She soon looked over to Sel and smiled. "I trust you, even if I dont trust many. I feel like I can with you." She said looking around his room. "You know for one person you have a big room."

"yeah i know its gets kinda lonely in here by myself so im glad to have a room mate for awhile that is not sure how long you want to stay with me" -sel said as he closed the door behind him and locked it he didnt trust most of the gang members as he walked over to the bed and fell backwards onto it her words made him smile and feel good- "sorry but i only have one bed hope you dont mind sleeping with me oh and beware i like to cuddle"

Kaci looked to him for a moment, a bed something she didnt have for years now. She crawled into his bed, kicking off her shoes so that they wouldnt dirty the bed. "It should be okay, I mean its not like you would really try anything on me." Her tail swayed lightly behind her while her ear twitched lightly, she curled up right next to him like she did before. "Say, Sel. How come you offered up your room to me buy not the others?"

"well one i dont trust lilly she would try to kill me if we had to share a bed and i want to live to help out more people and well morik is just alittle to much closed off i wouldnt think he would want to share a room plus he seemed to be getting along with lilly fairly well and because i figure you nedded protection and this is the safest place you could be inside of the slums i figured you couldnt fight" -sel said rolling onto his side and looking into Kaci's eyes and smiled kissing her forhead and then layed back down on his back and closing his eyes- "night kaci feel free to use the shower to wash up"

Kaci looked into Sel's eyes before she blushed as he kissed her forehead, a small sigh passed her lips before she got up and headed over to the bathroom taking a quick shower. It felt so nice to get all the dirt and sand off of her skin, once she was finished she walked out already dressed and drying off her hair. All cleaned up she looked so different, her skin was a lighter color, her hair looking that much better. Walking over to the bed she crawled into it just laying down, not really use to sleeping on something soft.

-sel was already aslep and purringhis ears twitching about like he was listening to something and his tail flicked about in agitation like something was bothering him he was still happy kaci had decided to stay with him and he hoped it would be for awhile not sure why he liked her so much he didnt even know her that well and she didnt know much about him-

Kaci laid there with her tail swaying against the bed, she left Sel alone letting him sleep since it seemed like he needed it more then anyone else, curling up into a half ball she started to purr and as she purred tears would roll down her cheeks. Her mind wondered how her family was doing, even if they disowned her she still worried about them.
