but when the he started to develop emotions, he was shut down and placed in a storage facility on a trickle charge, there he was left and later forgotten.
Many years later a power surge in the facilities electrical systems rebooted 11E2-C9A66, not knowing where or when he was, he wandered out into a world he did not know.
