Human
Humans is like we all know them, from our world, and playing a human does not need approval. Remember humans cannot have weird hair nor eye colors, unless dyed/using contacts. Humans can as a maximum reach the age of 120 years, without being turned into a neo-human.
Neo-Human
Neo-Humans are modified human beings, this means they are born human, and usually modified between the age of 5 and 25. This can be anything from hair-color, to eye and skin color, but it can also be enhancement of the human body, and its capabilities. A Neo-Human can live up to 190 years, and will not age, however, as they reach their 'expiring date' they will just collapse and then die.
Their modifications however, will be visible, depending on which modification that have gotten made. If they have gotten their body's strength improved, they could have an artificial spine, which will be visible when they're naked, or they could have their vision enhanced, this means they will have artificial eyes, etc.
Android
Androids looks like humans, however, they can have any eye, hair and skin-color. They do not need food, air nor sleep, but will need a recharge once in a while, this happens by them, going on standby. Once in a while, they will need an update, and to get such one, they need their up-date password.
Androids do not have emotions when they are made, they can simmulate them, but their behavior is programmed. They will act only as they're programmed to do, however, you can teach then to do stuff, by showing them how. They have a very, very good Artificial-Inteligence, however, few of these Androids manage to actually develop emotions, these are thrown away, as if they were broken.
Mutant
Mutants are normal humans that for some reason or other have been cast out of cities and into the barren desert, sentenced to live out their lives breathing the gases the air is filled with. This act of banishment is called being “sentenced to freedom”. The air isn't toxic, but it is filled with chemicals that can somehow change you, mutate you. Hence the name 'mutants', although it does not happen to everyone who is cast out. This mutation can manifest itself in many different ways, and it is different from person to person. The changes may be big or small, noticeable or not. Some people may develop more than one mutation and there have even been reports claiming that some do not react to the gas at all. Some may have mutated extra toes and fingers, and some may have mutated pigments, so their skin and hair colour have changed. The mutations are mostly physical, but some mental mutations have occurred. The change happens over maybe a few years or a decade and it can sometimes bring with it serious conditions like organ failures or other lethal injuries.
The sentence of freedom is a sentence only given to the highest ranking of criminals, the ones you don't want back into society. The criminally insane, mass murderers and anti-government revolutionaries. Though they may not be welcomed back into the cities, some manage to find a way in through the unguarded sewers and other outlets. But many, even if given this choice of going back to city, will not choose it. They are too scared of persecution and even being murdered by those who fear them. However those who do take the risk, often live secretive lives in the outskirts of the city with the other outcasts, but if they are found by the government authorities, they will be killed.
