Personality: Kaci is a sweet as one can be, but easily scared off when it comes to certain things. But the more relaxed she is the more playful she can be, this can be a good thing or a bad thing for those she is around.
Background History:Kaci was born inside the city in the inner ring, and grew up as a normal child, having a normal life with her parents. One day, she managed to find her way through the sewers, due to curiosity, out to the outskirts, and was thereby exposed to the polluted air. Getting back into the city, her body began mutating through the years, and when her parents found out, they abandoned her, and turned her into the police, although not letting the police know, that she was in fact their daughter. She was sentenced to freedom, and thrown out of the city, at the age of ten. Now she freely roams around the Outskirts of the city, walking from one outcast village to another.
